Jevan Soo is the Sales Operations & Strategy Lead for Square where his team drives the effectiveness of Square's fast-growing SMB and Mid-Market sales teams. Prior to this Blue Bottle, Jevan was Head of People Development and Sales Operations & Strategy Lead for Square, leading critical organizational and people development initiatives as the company doubled from 400 to 800 employees. Jevan joined Square after nine years at McKinsey & Company, where he served financial services, technology, and public sector clients on operational and organizational issues. He also held internal leadership roles in recruiting strategy and operations for McKinsey's North American and Asia-Pacific offices. Jevan holds a bachelor’s degree in East Asian Studies from Harvard College, an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar, and a master’s degree in public policy from Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
