Erin Daruszka joined TriNet in the Fall of 2010 as a Senior Human Capital Consultant and currently serves as Director, Human Capital Consulting for Northern California. She brings 15 years of human resource experience working with and for small businesses. As Director, Erin is responsible for client satisfaction and leads a team of Human Capital Consultants as they directly partner with client executives and managers on employment issues, policies, training, and strategic human capital initiatives. Erin previously served as the Practice Leader for TriNet’s Talent Acquisition Search Assistant product and is a current member of the Compensation Consulting practice team. Erin can also be found online, blogging for The Huffington Post. Prior to joining TriNet, Erin spent nearly 9 years working for another Professional Employer Organization (PEO) as a recruiter, account manager and human resource specialist. Earlier, Erin spent several years working for small, family owned businesses in the technology, financial and staffing industries as well as a large State University. Erin has a Master’s degree in Communication from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Slippery Rock University. Erin currently holds a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is an active member and volunteer for the Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA). In her free time, Erin is active in the improv community as an actor and producer.
