A Silicon Valley veteran with a track record of scaling and rebooting organizations, Dean DeBiase is an expansion phase business and civic leader who has led public and private companies and Fortune 500 subsidiaries in Chairman, CEO and board roles. He’s been chief executive of a dozen firms, leading them through startup, expansion, turnaround, roll-up, spin-out, M&A and IPO phases including, TNS Media-acquired by WPP, Entertainment.com-sold to founder group, Autoweb-taken public and Imagination Network-acquired by AOL. Previously he was CMO and operating unit President at LG/Zenith, CMO and operating unit President at Anixter, and Managing Director at FedEx.
At Reboot Partners, Dean helps multi-national corporations seize emerging market opportunities by tapping into the entrepreneurial movement through the “Dancing with Startups” network of stealth upstarts, incubators, and accelerators form Silicon Valley to London, while embedding entrepreneurial-grade talent and innovation-labs inside large organizations. As a Senior KIN Fellow and Adjunct Lecturer of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Kellogg School of Management, Dean teaches a unique Corporate Innovation and New Ventures course onsite at Fortune 100 headquarter locations, accelerators, incubators and startups.
