Charles is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and the District of Columbia. He worked as a lawyer for a Fortune 500 company, negotiating contracts. He has taught full-time at four U.S. law schools and at four foreign universities, most recently teaching contracts, sales and international law at Florida Coastal University. Charles graduated from Harvard College, the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, and Columbia Business School.
After practicing contract law, and teaching and writing about electronic contracts, he decided to write a book about them. Every1’s Guide to Electronic Contracts provides information for consumers, employees, businesses, professionals and students about U.S. contract law rules, including electronic signatures and contracts. It summarizes international commercial contract law rules.
