SXSW V2V Session Entry Deadline Extended!

Fill out this simple form by 11:59 PM Sunday, April 7 to send us your panel, solo presentation, workshop or mentor idea for SXSW V2V.

You can enter session proposals for any the following five categories:

  1. Funding–bootstrapping, crowd funding, VC/angel, finance/accelerator programs, grants/non-profit approaches
  2. Tech Development and Strategy–design, crowdsourcing, hacker/maker/DIY, process, inspiration from other disciplines
  3. Business Development and Strategy–business models, partnerships, branding/marketing/advertising/PR/media outreach, legal issues/concerns, social
  4. Cultural Impact–gender/cultural challenges, workforce/hiring and managing talent, office organization/co-working, work-life balance, location

We had a blast bouncing in the castle, washing down corn dogs and cotton candy with beer and vodka, playing board games and giant chess, and talking all things V2V.

Now that the dust has settled, it's time to roll up our sleeves and dive deep into SXSW V2V.

We are still accepting session, speaker and mentor ideas through April 5, 2013 and V2Venture entries until May 31, 2013.

Look for our next big programming announcement in May! Over the next few months we will also be announcing a lot of other exciting things that we have in store for our venture into Vegas!

5. With the extensive mentor program being offered at SXSW V2V, you will be able to pick the brains of many influential thought leaders and industry experts. Just don't ask them for their blackjack secrets.

4. If one of your serendipitous connections happens to lead to romance, there is a wedding chapel right across the street. You laugh, but SXSW has seen the birth of many successful "startups".

3. Speakers make the event what it is, and so far we have lined up some pretty amazing speakers, with many more on the way. You won't want to miss Tony Hsieh's Opening Keynote or the new-to-SXSW 20/20 Vision program featuring 20-minute solo talks from industry veterans and young pioneers.
