SXSW V2V has reserved blocks of guest rooms and suites for registered attendees at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. This one-of-a-kind urban resort in the heart of the Strip is on the cutting edge of hotel casinos – designed with an eye towards luxury, service, and the needs of a tech generation.

Rooms must be reserved through the SXSW V2V Housing Desk. SXSW V2V guests receive these special guaranteed rates as well as complimentary in-room WiFi and complimentary valet parking.

After you register and pay online your Shopping Cart will display a link to the Hotel Requester. Just complete that online form to submit your hotel request. It’s that simple!

We highly recommend that you book your hotel when you register – a limited number of rooms are available at these rates and they are likely to sell out. Available room types include:

• City Room (460 sq ft studio w/2 Queen Beds)
• Terrace Studio (620 sq ft studio w/ King Bed, seating area, terrace, kitchenette)*
• Terrace One Bedroom Suite (610 sq ft w/King Bed, separate parlor, terrace, kitchenette)*
• Larger Suites (info on request)
