4. What is the best way to reserve a hotel in Las Vegas for SXSW V2V?

The online SXSW V2V Registration and Housing system is the easiest and quickest way to make a reservation. These rooms and rates are available only to confirmed SXSW V2V registrants, which also include panelists, press, and sponsors. After registering, click on the Hotel tab in your Shopping Cart to enter the Hotel Requester.

5. What is the SXSW V2V Hotel Cancellation/Change Deadline?

Within 28 days of your scheduled hotel check-in, SXSW V2V will charge a $50 processing fee to the credit card on file for each reservation that is cancelled or reduced in length of stay. (This is in addition to cancellation fees charge by the hotel per their stated policy on your confirmation).

6. Do I pay for my room now?

No. You'll be required to provide a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation but the hotel will not charge anything to the card at this time.

7. What are my hotel payment options?

It is each guest's responsibility to know what method of payment will be used upon check-in. Payment for the room must be arranged at the hotel's front desk at check-in and all charges must be settled when the guest(s) check-out. Upon arrival at your hotel, you must present the credit card to be billed or have completed a credit card authorization in advance, have pre-paid for your stay, or have cash. The hotel is able to provide their credit card authorization form if the credit card number used to guarantee the room is not in the name of the guest. If you know a credit card authorization needs to be completed prior to your arrival, you will need to contact your hotel directly for their form.
